B&B HOTEL Calais Terminal Cité Europe 3 étoiles

It's convenient being close to Le Shuttle. The beds are comfortable and clean with crisp white bed linens along with clean towels in the bathroom. Good shower. The rooms are very clean and always have been in our experience. Every time we've stayed it's been quiet at night ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are welcoming and helpful, any questions answered and any issues resolved if possible. Breakfast is plentiful with choice of continental or cooked. Although over the last few years we've noticed not quite the amount of choice with the cooked. We have a dog and they've always welcomed well-behaved canine friends with a reserved place for them to be with you whilst dining if you so wish.

We had a dog with us and still been allocated in a Really Clean room, which was easy to maintain, all things you need were available even a chair to put your clothes on. Great place to stay for couple of days with fantastic location near shopping centre , supermarkets and cinema. Nice breakfast but would be good to have some cucumber or tomato to choose from. Definitely recommend and thank you for keeping it in such a good condition.

I booked in last minute, literally, due to complications traveling across the channel and must say I was very impressed with the service I received. I was greeted by name and was in my room within minutes, including my three small dogs who were made as welcome as I was. The room was comfortable, the shower was incredible, and the next morning the breakfast was good (highlight being the scrambled eggs). All in all this was a very welcome break located so close to the Chunnel terminal.

Living in Central France we always stay here on the way to visiting family in the UK and on our way back home. The location is perfect for the Channel Tunnel, the rooms are warm and comfortable and a good meal awaits in the restaurant. But what makes this hotel so enjoyable is the staff. The lady who checked us in on Reception (I'm sorry I do not know her name) is always welcoming and extremely friendly - an excellent ambassador for the hotel after a long drive.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and efficient and spoke English well. The bed was comfy and there were enough pillows. The bathroom and shower were good, with the shower being particularly good, with a generous flow but no leaking on the bathroom floor. The location for the Tunnel is brilliant.
